RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The undersigned client. Herein after referred to as the "Client" agrees to engage Hunt New Zealand (2003) Ltd. Darfield, Canterbury,New Zealand,hereinafter referred to as "Hunt New Zealand",and requests Hunt New Zealand to make hunting, other sporting and /or non sporting activities and /or travel arrangements. or otherwise in accordance with the instructions and wishes of the Client.

Hereby Acknowledge and am aware that during my /our participation in Hunt New Zealand holiday certain risks and dangers may arise, including but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas: travel by aircraft, boat, train automobile, horse or other means of conveyance, the force of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote or accessible regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Client is aware and clearly understand that Hunt New Zealand will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or adequacy of any care that may be rendered. The Client hereby waves and releases any and all claims against Hunt New Zealand for personal injury, property damage, accident , delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodation, or other irregularity, which may occur due to, but not limited to,
- wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of supplier, their employees or others not under
direct control of Hunt New Zealand.
- defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment, or instrumentality under the control of the supplier.
- Acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or dangers incident to the sea, land or air, and...
- all risks which arise from Clients participation in all travel activities.
The Client acknowledges and assumes these risks with understanding that activities participated in as requested by the Client, have inherent dangers from either hunting, riding, fishing, shooting, travel or otherwise. It is understood that Hunt New Zealand will use their best efforts to ensure that all adequate measures are taken to avoid such occurrences.
Client IS VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT THE RISKS.
As LAWFUL CONSIDERATION for the agreement with Hunt New Zealand to participate in such trips and activities, Clients hereby agrees that Client will not make a claim against Hunt New Zealand, sue for bodily injury, emotional trauma, death and/or property damage, however caused, as a result of Clients participation in the holidays, hunt, or tour, Client therefor hereby releases Hunt New Zealand and its employees and officers for all claims, actions and demands that may arise for bodily injury, death or property damage arising from my/our participation in/on the holiday/hunt/tour.
The release of Liability and Assumption of Risk agreement is entered into on behalf of all members is binding on my/our family, including minors accompanying me/us. This agreement is binding on my/our heirs, legal representatives and assign. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this release.
